No, it's not permitted to provide the JoomShopping template for sale or download on other websites neither the original nor a modified version. You are allowed to use the template in the course of a service if you are webdesigner or similar.

The Yagendoo JoomShopping templates are licensed under the Yagendoo Media License. This is compatible to the GNU/GPL license but allows us certain restrictions regarding the usage. Detailed information can be found in our license directly.
