This service is charged and is provided through a ticketing system. It offers you additional possibilities, such as support in german and english, with which we help you to clarify questions and eliminate potential problems.
If you purchased the "Premium support" and you are logged in you can contact us directly following this link. You can order the "Premium support" on an hourly basis, this means if you order the product "Premium support" 3 times you are entitled to 3 hours of premium support.
In case of you are planning to hire us for a custom job and you are not able to estimate how much time your intention will afford you can send us an email with your desires, plans and intentions to customizing@yagendoo.com. We will contact you afterwards and make you a non-commital assessment of time.

How it works...
- Order the product "Premium service" one time for each hour of premium support you would like to purchase
- After purchasing the "Premium support" and we recorded the receipt of payment you will receive a confirmation mail from us and you are unlocked for the ticketing system immediately
- Create a new ticket following this link
- First assign the ticket to the category "Premium support", enter the subject of the support request and fill out the text field of the formular with your concerns. Please pay attention to mention the order number of your "Premium support" at the beginning of your request and to describe your intention as detailed as possible.
- We will receive the ticket immediately after submitting it and it will be processed by one of our team members within 48 hours usually
- On this page you can see your created tickets anytime if you are logged in with your customer account.
