How it works...
- Order our product "Copyright removal" for each domain on which you want to remove the copyright hint. Also if you own only 1 template or theme and want this to be available at for example 3 separate domains you have to order the "Copyright removal" 3 times, too.
- After you purchased the "Copyright removal" and we recorded the receipt of payment you will receive a confirmation mail from us.
- You are unlocked for our ticketing system immediately as soon as you received the confirmation mail
- Create a new ticket following this link
- Assign the ticket to the category "Category removal" and enter a short description of the request in the subject field
- At last fill out the text field of the formular with the following information:
- The order number(s) of the "Copyright removal(s)"
- For which domain(s) you purchased the product
- Upon receipt of your ticket we usually process your request within 48 hours and send you an appropriate copyright removal code for each domain
- On this page you can see your created tickets anytime if you are logged in with your customer account.
