You want to save time, are uncertain wether you can perform the installation without help or not, or you simply have no desire for this? No problem! We like to install the products purchased by you in our shop. Simply book the additional "Installation service" for each product.
Iin the following you can order our "Installation service". For each product you want to be installed by us you have to purchase 1 "Installation service". If you like us to install 3 of our products for you then you have to set the quantity of the ordered "Installation service" to "3".

How it works...
- Choose how many products you like to have installed and order the appropriate quantity of "Installation service"
- After recording the receipt of payment for your purchased "Installation service" you will receive a confirmation mail from us which informs you about the completion of the order and you are unlocked for the ticketing system immediately
- Create a new support ticket following this link after receiving the confirmation mail. The following information have to be provided in the ticket by you:
- the order number of the "Installation service"
- the domain(s) on which the installation(s) shall be performed
- the order number(s) of the product(s) you would like to be installed by us

Access to the Joomla! backend
- Joomla! username
- Joomla! user password
- The user must have "Super admin rights"

Access to the FTP server
- FTP host
- FTP user
- FTP password
- After we received your ticket with the required data one of our team members will contact you if the ticket is processed
- You will receive another information from our ticketing system after the completion of the process
- On this page you can see your created tickets anytime if you are logged in with your customer account.
Final information...
The "Installation service" contains only the installation of the products purchased by you from us in your already existing Joomla! and Virtuemart installation. The corresponding demo or live data (products, categories, articles, etc.) have to be present. Setting up demo data, extensions, plugins, themes or templates of other providers is not included in the service.
During our office hours the "Installation service" usually is processed and the installation performed within 48 hours after the creation of your appropriate support ticket

We assure to use the provided accesses only for this purpose. In the ideal case you provide us a separate access just for the installation process.
